Hannia Pantoja

Intake & Legal Intern

Hannia will be graduating this fall from the Metropolitan State University of Denver. She is originally from Guanajuato, Mexico. Her family moved to Denver shortly after she turned one. She will be graduating with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. She will pursue law school after graduating. Hannia has always been a firm believer in the importance and value of non-profit work. This view has led her to be involved with various non-profit organizations through volunteer, advocacy, and outreach work. She has collaborated with different types of non-profit organizations, like KIND (Kids In Need of Defense) and most recently she was working with Florence Crittenton services and High School.

Hannia sees and acknowledges the underrepresentation vulnerable communities often have in the legal field. Principally she is interested in using her education and skills to serve marginalized communities. She brings with her a passion and dedication for serving the vulnerable and underserved. Hannia is committed to social justice and understands how economic justice is a key part in successfully achieving it. As a first-generation student, Hannia seeks to elevate those who are underrepresented and fight for their dignity and rights. She is eager and ecstatic to join our team for this fall!
