Attorney

Brianne (she/her/hers) has been an Attorney at Towards Justice since 2019 and was previously a summer law clerk with the organization. At Towards Justice, Brianne’s work is focused on class-action litigation and other advocacy involving a range of economic justice issues. Prior to her work at Towards Justice, Brianne clerked for Justice William W. Hood, III, at the Colorado Supreme Court.

Brianne is a graduate of Harvard Law School and St. Olaf College, where she studied mathematics and family studies. In law school, Brianne was the Managing Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law & Gender; an executive board member of Project No One Leaves, a student-practice organization dedicated to increasing housing stability in the Greater Boston Area; and a fellow for the Harvard Criminal Justice Policy Program, where her work focused on bail reform.

Brianne lives on the lands of the Cheyenne and Ute Nations (Park County, Colorado) with her wife, dogs, and chickens.
