What is it?

Large corporations wield unprecedented and undue influence in our economy, our democracy, and in our everyday lives—including in the workplace. Powerful corporations exploit that power when they misclassify workers, refuse to provide required leave and benefits, stymie organizing efforts, engage in unfair competition, force workers to sign agreements that prevent them from suing in court, and more. The size and power of today’s corporate behemoths often means that workers are intimidated to come forward.
