Discrimination

What is it?

Our workplaces and marketplaces more generally are rife with systemic exploitation of workers based on and because of their race, gender identity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, and other protected characteristics. While Towards Justice typically does not represent individual workers in employment discrimination disputes, we have a number of collaborating attorneys who do take those cases, and we often use state and federal civil rights laws to support workers’ efforts to advance racial equity and challenge the chronic and systemic corporate wrongs that disproportionally harm members of marginalized groups.

What can Towards Justice do to help?

Towards Justice counsels workers facing these challenges.
