Rachel joined Towards Justice in 2021 after several years at Outten & Golden, a national plaintiff-side employment law firm, where she litigated class action cases on behalf of employees, credit applicants, and others. While at Outten & Golden, she co-counseled with Towards Justice and other advocates on Menocal v. GEO Group, representing a class of immigration detainees forced to perform work for a private prison company for little or no pay. Her practice is focused on all forms of employee representation and advocacy, including misclassification, wage theft, and antitrust violations.

Rachel graduated from Yale Law School in 2015 and clerked for Judge Richard Clifton of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and Judge John Kronstadt of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
