Toree is an attorney dedicated to working at the intersection of immigration and workers’ rights.
She is a recent graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. While in law school, she spent a year and a half as a student attorney in the Immigration Law and Policy Clinic. In this role, she represented individuals detained at the ICE detention facility operated by the GEO Group in Aurora, Colorado, advocating for clients in their immigration removal and release proceedings. Outside of the clinic, she spent two summers conducting outreach with migrant farmworkers across eastern Colorado and gaining experience working on plaintiffs’ side employment matters.
Prior to law school, Toree worked with farmworkers and immigrant communities in a variety of nonprofit settings in California and Colorado. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
