Victoria Guzman

Attorney

Victoria (she/her/hers) has been an Attorney at Towards Justice since 2025 and was previously a summer law clerk with the organization. At Towards Justice, Victoria’s work is focused on class-action litigation involving claims for unpaid wages in Colorado and nationally. Prior to her work at Towards Justice, Victoria was a Compliance Investigator at the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment for a year and a half, and then an associate attorney at the Wilhite Law Firm for nearly four years, representing individuals and classes in claims for unpaid wages in Colorado and nationally.

Victoria is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School and the University of Michigan, where she studied international studies. In law school, Victoria was a board member on the Latinx Law Student Association, where she served as the student representative on the Colorado Hispanic Bar Association, and an intern for the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment, where she worked on the policy team charged with engaging in rule-making for the first Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Order #36.

Victoria is currently serving as a board member on the Colorado Plaintiff Employment Lawyer’s Association.
