Barry Baer is a full time financial management operator and advisor with extensive experience as a Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and Treasurer of public, private and not for profit entities. With over 40 plus years of experience, he also serves on various boards of companies and not for profits as a volunteer. Barry is the CFO of NeoMedia Technologies, Inc where he provides financial, organizational, and operational advice to CEO and staff and ensures compliance with SEC regulations and guidance. Barry also serves as the CFO at Mind Life Institute, Max Katz Bag Company, and Financial Advisor at Action Marketing Group/12foot6. Barry spent much of his career in the military, where he rose to the rank of Colonel. Barry holds a BA and an MBA from the University of Colorado and is a CPA (inactive-Indiana). He is married with two grown children and five grandchildren.
