What is it?

The COVID-19 pandemic has exacerbated disparities of power and wealth, with particularly harsh impacts on immigrants and people of color. Since the pandemic’s onset, workers across a variety of industries have confronted a range of issues, from unemployment insurance and paid leave to worker safety and employer efforts to squelch organizing. Whether trying to secure government benefits, follow public health recommendations after an exposure, or simply return to a safe working environment, every worker should know their rights and be able to enforce them.
